I would like to share the Greatest Gift of All with you.

A green Christmas should be a good thing even here in Canada.

The ad agency that I was once partners with, 50 Carleton and Associates, is doing something very special this year and I thought you might like to participate and help the greening of our tired planet...

Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year to each and every one you and your families.

It is becoming more and more apparent to me that it is really up to us! Our destinies are in our thoughts, words and deeds of each moment.

I look forward to masterminding with you in the new year.

Regards,

Jake McAuley

Special Hosting package...

Do you need a web host?

My hosting company has made the most amazing offer that I thought you might want to know about. We all need hosting and this is the best offer I have ever seen.

I have been hosting my web sites with Kiosk for a couple of years now and am very happy with their service, specially because it is also an income stream! but even if it wasn't I would use their services as they are very good. If I do have an issue it is usually resolved the same day!

Anyway they have just made a special offer of unlimited domain hosting for a mere $34.95 per month. This is huge when you consider all that you get with each domain.

You can immediately set yourself up in the hosting business with a package like this!

Anyway I don't want to go on here because all the information is up on a special web page that the company has set up for us to share. Just click here to find out the details.

I know this is a crazy time of year with tooo many specials but this one is so good I had to let you know so you could save a ton of money and even make some if you act fast. This offer is so good that it will be taken down once they sell 150 packages. It was opened Monday (yesterday) at noon so go have a look right away.

I hope it is still there if you are interested and I hope this information helps you in some way.

All the best!

Faster Computer Tip...

Smile How to tune up your computer

Just like your car, your home / office computer also requires periodic tune ups.

1) Click Here to download a free piece of software call ccleaner. (install run it and reboot)

CCleaner is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. But the best part is that it's fast (normally taking less than a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware! :)

2) After you run cleaner and your system is clean, I highly suggest you run the Registry Issues Cleaner, CCleaner uses an advanced Registry to check for problems and inconsistencies in your registry. It can check the following:
  • File Extensions
  • ActiveX Controls
  • ClassIDs
  • ProgIDs
  • Uninstallers
  • Shared DLLs
  • Fonts
  • Help File references
  • Application Paths
  • Icons
  • Invalid Shortcuts and more...
3) Time to Defrag your hard drive....Please follow the below...

Start >>> Programs >>> Accessories >> System Tools >>> Disk Defragmenter

4)
After you are done with the above 3, reboot again and you will notice a considerable improvement in your computers speed and performance. For best results repeat the above at least once a month.

PS...Make sure all programs and software are shut down during the above cleaning and defraging process, nothing must be running!

By the way...
Did you know that you can make your own PDFs from any PC program with the RDF Creator printere utility that was included in the Free 101 page I set up for everyone in my warm market? It works like a charm! read about it here download it from this page.

I have some great things I would like to share with you to make you even better at this business of marketing and network building and well just being the best YOU can be.

This first gift was given to me by Joe Vitale just for finding out about his new product called Hypnotic Marketing Fusion. I listened to this gift on my mp3 player while driving to London Ontario last Thursday and it is so cool ~ it's a technique that anyone can use to access the genius within and much more.

YOU can get it directly from me at this link (http://www.jakemcauley.com/think.mp3) or go to find out more about his new product at his link below and get it from Joe directly. Your choice, but whatever you do just get it and listen to it.

It is an MP3 called Think. It will help you tap YOUR own genius. It is an interview with a gentleman named Win Wenger (www.winwenger.com), a delightful fellow who may be today's Einstein. You can decide that for yourself.

Here's the link to get it directly from Joe here:

Is email marketing really dead? ...

I don't think so.

I am forwarding this article for those who are serious about building their online businesses.

It sheds some interesting light on the fact that email marketing is alive and well and actaully very successful, if done right.

This is a bit of an expertiment as I have never "blogged"* an eZine article that I subscribe. I thought it appropriate as it is all about "being the best we can be" and email is just another communciation tool that we need to be good at if we indend on expanding our warm markets by attracting the best people to work with.

Onward and upward!

Jake McAuley

* It is amazing to me that "blogged" is now a recognized verb.

The Disconnect
by Bill McCloskey, Wednesday, November 1, 2006

THE DIRECT MARKETING ASSOCIATION RELEASED its latest Power of Direct economic-impact study last week, and the figures surrounding e-mail were quite amazing. The data has been mentioned in a few columns but bears repeating: The ROI for e-mail marketing was $57.25 for every dollar spent. The ROI of all non-e-mail-related online marketing was $22.52, less than half. And yet marketers only spent around $300 million on e-mail marketing efforts, compared to $12 billion for non-e-mail-related marketing--$12 billion to get a return that is less than half of what can be achieved in e-mail.

We also know that the return on e-mail is much higher for companies that segment their e-mail marketing offers, so the $57.25 is really just a drop in the bucket compared to what the ROI potential is for e-mail.

We also know that companies are not spending enough in their e-mail marketing efforts. As we reported, less than a third of the retail sites we monitored that had an e-mail program in place actually sent a welcome letter and followed up with regular e-mail communications within a 30-day period of sign-up.

We also know that, especially for retail, e-mail is considered the largest demand-generating medium for online retailers.

So where is the disconnect: e-mail provides over twice the ROI, but companies now invest only 02.5% of what they put into other Internet marketing channels? Someone is getting taken for a ride.

This conundrum will drive, in large part, the agenda for the upcoming E-mail Insiders conference. Rather than take a rah-rah approach to e-mail marketing, we decided to approach it from the opposite point of view, and will have the marketers themselves begin the conference by talking not about what is right with e-mail marketing, but what is wrong. The idea is to throw the gauntlet down, examine this disconnect, and then spend the next few days seeing if we can dig our way out into the sunlight again.

Day one is dedicated to the marketers and their problems. Day two is dedicated to the vendors and their solutions. Day three is dedicated to the research and statistics that will shine a light on both days.

I think that this format will be unique and hopefully valuable. I hope to see you there.

Blog Launch

Clearly my blog is all about "Expanding Your Warm Market". Why! Because that is what every networker needs to do on a regular basis. You might have noticed that I have quoted Tom "Big Al" Shreider as having said "the reason most people quit their home based business is because they run out of prospects." He was referring to 'warm markets'.

Its a dilemma we all face sooner or later. If we don't have find people who are looking for the products, service and/or opportunities that we are working then our business is dying. It really is rather organic in that way... Did you know that if a plant is not growing it is dying? It's true. Ask any biology student.

There is a huge following to the concept that the money is in the list, I am sure that you have heard that. All the movers and shakers are singing the same song. But most of them are the marketing masters who are devleloping and selling "products" (information or software products). They are marketing them to opportunity seekers. People who will buy anything that promises to help them make easy or EZ money on the net. To product marketers it is probably true ~ the moneyIS in the list. They need a list of peole who will buy their stuff again and again. It kind of reminds me of Vegas. The marketers are like the casinos who cater to the gamblers' dreams of easy money. You could say this is the classic WIN/WIN scenario but here the marketers WIN and the casinos WIN. That is not the kind of WIN/WIN that I want to participate in. You?

I am sure there are lots of marketers who have good products that will help those who need them as a matter of fact I know there are lots of them. But we are different. We are not people who develop products to sell to niche markets. Well I guess I shouldn't speak for you and perhaps I and maybe we will come up with a better mouse trap some day and do what it takes to get it in the hands of those willing to part with their hard earned money to buy it. That will be for a different blog.

In the mean time I am going to stick with a model that is changing the way products and services that we all use or could use get to market. A model that can provide a "residual" income for a long time to come. That model has beomce known as Network Marketing. It really is a beautiful business model...

And. It is not really about the products or services. It is not even about the systems that have been developed that make building the business duplicable or replicable. What I like about network marketing is that it is all about "personal development". If it doesn't come by us naturally we have to learn how to become good at helping others. We have to be leaders who can help others to become leaders. It forces us "to live for the sake or others" and THAT is the paradigm that will change the world and foster an era of peace and mutual prosperity for all mankind. I know that sounds pretty idealic and you know what? it is! and there is nothing wrong with ideals are there.

So what's it all about Alfi? Its all about growing our hearts and increasing the number of people we care about. It's really all about Expanding Our Warm Markets. Warm markets are traditionally our friends and family aren't they. So what I am proposing here is that we expand out network of friends on an ongoing basis.

My life drawing instructor, Al Chong, in commercial art college coined it perfectly when he said "We are only here to help." We are her to help each other find solutions to our problems. We are here to help each other find a path to where we want to go. I will offer you some solutions here and some paths that may be what you are looking for that can help you find the way to financial independance or freedom. My solutions may of not be for you and certainly the paths that I have found may not be paths that you are looking for but at least you know where not to look if that is the case.

So that is what my blog is all about and it will be interesting to see how it expands.

Thanks for being here.
